Features
*  Machine combined the function of milling & embedding together perfectly.
*  Switching production between 6 pin and 8 pin is easy and fast.
*  Horizontal card unloading unit can contain maximum 1000 cards.
*  Machine adopts mechanical positioning system; its accuracy is higher than traditional cylinder system.
*  High speed spindle motor adopts water-cooling system.
*  Machine milling XYZ motion control by servo motor, X-Y axis accuracy: ± 0.015mm, Z axis accuracy: ±0.015mm and embedding accuracy is ± 0.015mm.
*  Z axis depth is adjusted by the servo close loop control.
*  Dust and shaving will be vacuumed by a vacuum chamber.
*  Chip will be reheated when embedding.
*  Patented chip pressing technology makes pressing result tight and elegant.
*  Machine can be connected to Smart Factory in the future if required.
